To get on site, registration (via Eventbrite) is essential. Security will then have your details on arrival.
By car: After driving to the first roundabout after the Gog hill, turn right (from Cambridge direction) into the Babraham Research Campus. Pull up to the security booth (right hand visitors lane), they will have all registrants’ names. There is ample free parking on site with no additional registration required for this. Follow the main road and use the 4th or 5th right turn in the large car park.
Please note there is no access via the Babraham Village entrance.
By bus: Check https://www.stagecoachbus.com/routes/east/13A/haverhill-cambridge/XEAO013A.I for the latest timetable, but this should leave the bus station at 11.15am and 11.45am. Press the bell once you reach the first roundabout after the Gog hill (it will stop just after).
By bike: There is a cycle route from Cambridge, but this does require going over the Gog hill. There is a storage area for bikes behind the Cambridge Building (go around the large grass square to the right).
Arrival once on site:
The Cambridge Building is the large glass-fronted building to the right of the old red brick manor house. The meeting is up the staircase on the left in the foyer.
A buffet lunch, refreshments, posters, and networking will begin at 12pm ahead of the talks.
